Northwest Florida Bone Scan requires a twenty four (24) hour notice to cancel or reschedule a R.E.M.S Bone Scan session.  Lack of cancellation or rescheduling before the 24-hour notice period, forfeits the individual’s deposit. 

If a person does not show up for a scheduled appointment, this is considered a lack of cancellation and is subject to the same conditions as stated above.
